The research brief tool
The form prepares a text file inside your browser. It does not submit your details to a server, store them in a database or add you to a mailing list. Downloading the brief saves a local copy. Choosing the email option opens your mail application. You decide whether to send the draft to contact@vivachekcgm.com; preparing a draft is not a received enquiry.
Information you enter
Only enter information you want included in your own downloaded brief. Do not include passwords, personal glucose histories or other medical records. If you later share the file with someone, you choose the recipient and method.
Third-party websites
Product-source links open external websites, which have their own privacy practices. This guide does not host app downloads or process product payments.
Hosting and analytics
This version does not install advertising pixels or third-party analytics. The hosting provider may process routine request logs to operate and secure the website. This website is hosted through Sites.
